  • Tea Natural Variability: Color and texture variations across batches are natural and not grounds for returns.
  • Customs & Inspection: Buyers bear import duties (DDU terms). Inspect porcelain upon delivery for damage.
  • Returns
  • Eligible within 7 days if unused, in original packaging. Tea sets with broken seals or missing gifts are non-refundable.
  • Process: Submit return request → Approval → Ship to designated address (buyer covers shipping). Refunds processed within 3 business days.

  • Benefits include cross-store privileges, personalized recommendations, and birthday coupons.
  • Points: 1 yuan = 1 point (valid 1 year, non-transferable). Redeemed items are non-refundable.
